My experience of “June’s Haven” has been nothing but exceptional! Both the management & staff showed my ailing mother only kindness and love during her stay there. The food was home made and was both scrumptious and nutritious. The staff kept me constantly updated via whatsapp on my mother’s condition during COVID lock-down and they went out of their way to ensure that she always had company when she was too frail to get out of bed. Our beloved Mother joined the June’s Haven family in July 2021. I had been caring for our Mother for 6 years, during the early and then advanced progression of Dementia. While it was the single most difficult decision I have ever had to make, letting her go and placing her in a home, I realised I was no longer in position to provide the care for her that she needed. 18 months later, I can say without one moment’s hesitate that it is the best decision I have ever made.

Joy, Charity and the incredible care-givers at June’s Haven are quite simply angels walking on this earth.

It is not just the gentle care they so graciously give, nor just their infinite kindness and eternal patience. It is so much more. Through their care, they continue to allow & enable our precious Mother the dignity with which she has lived her entire life.

Junes Haven saved our family from a huge amount of stress when they accepted her as a resident.
The care is unrivalled, everything is taken care of in a professional and caring environment.
Junes Haven’s staff and most especially Charity are very caring and kind, they are patient with Mom who has Alzheimer’s.
I cannot emphasise how important this has been! Residents are respected, kept occupied, pampered, medications controlled correctly, its a rare thing to see such wonderful care!!
Everyday throughout the day our whole family (all over the world) receive WhattsApp updates and photos of Mom’s day and how she is.

We moved my mom into June’s Haven a few days after her 90th birthday and she is thriving under the kind and loving care of Joy, Charity, Liam and the team of the most amazing carers.

Joy and her team take care of everything my mom needs, from buying her favourite snacks for her, to arranging a carer to accompany her on outings, to mobile top ups, to doctors appointments.

Living in the UK, I am so grateful that Joy and her team are just a WhatsApp away to deal with any issue that comes up.
